The vintage bunny room was transformed into the sweetest nursery for the most precious baby boy this year! Our first grandson, Cohen Jack Burke arrived December 2nd and has stolen our hearts!

I shared in stories a few days ago and wanted to share in a post as well, that Sally Pete’s has transitioned from a short term rental house to a cozy ‘H O M E’!! 🤍Carter and Haley have moved into and will be living at ‘Sally Pete’s’ while they plan to build their house. We are so excited that they’ll be living here and we will still be sharing pictures occasionally! Baby boy’s nursery is in the works and already SO, so cute! THANK YOU to everyone who has supported our flip house journey and reached out recently inquiring on renting the house! We appreciate all of you more than you know!

Sally Pete’s takes on Waco! Have you been for a visit? If not, GO! We took a girls trip this past weekend and had a blast! Impossible to say what we loved most because it was all AMAZING but the and newly painted mural by across the street, was in my top three favorites of our visit! My favorite Fixer Upper episode is the Bed and Breakfast episode so naturally we had to visit McGregor, Texas.. definitely made some sweet memories! 🤍🫶

We have a few more candles some soap and seasonings left .. we are set up at fire department !!! We will be here until 230!
