Did you know?

Effective today, VRBO has increased their host service fees from 5% to 12%. (This brings them closer to Airbnb's 15.5% fee and Booking's 15%–30% sliding scale!)

What does this mean for guests? Higher platform prices. 💸

The good news? You can skip the extra fees by booking direct with us!

Enjoy our best price guarantee, secure Stripe checkout, exclusive add-ons (like private riverfront yoga!), military discounts, and our very own mobile app. 📱✨

🛋️ "WHO’S SLEEPING ON THE COUCH THIS YEAR?" 🛋️

We’ve all been there. Thanksgiving is great... until you realize Aunt Linda’s snoring is three feet from your air mattress, your cousin’s "hypoallergenic" cat has overtaken the guest room, and you’re actively negotiating for floor space.

Let's not make the dog referee your family's sleeping arrangements again. 🐶❌

Skip the living room turf wars and book a Madrona Properties home in the Charleston area instead! We have spacious, fully equipped, and ultra-comfortable homes (featuring actual beds, privacy, and fully fenced yards for your actual furry friends).

🚨 Warning: Our Thanksgiving calendar is filling up incredibly fast. If you don't book soon, you might find yourself sleeping in a makeshift fort made of dining room chairs.

Avoid the holiday hunger games—secure your spot today! 👇

"Arrived Thursday night to a pristine house..." ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spotless floors you can walk barefoot on, plenty of rugs for recovering pups, and an arcade machine for a little nostalgia. We love making sure our guests have everything they need without having to ask twice.

Heading to Charleston soon? Make yourself at home. 🐾✨

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "We truly felt so welcomed and appreciated as guests."

This is exactly why I love hosting! Helping guests celebrate their 1st anniversary and welcoming their two Golden Retrievers was such a joy. Thank you for the glowing review and for choosing to stay with us! 🥂🐾🏡
