Picturesque 1940s cottage located on our own PRIVATE Lake Champlain ISLAND in North Ferrisburgh, VT (near Burlington, Shelburne, Vergennes, and Ferry to NY State) with spectacular views of the Adirondack Mountains and nearby islands. Private parking lot (park your cars and boat trailer) mainland dock and one-minute boat ride out to the Island dock. State Public Boat access as you enter Long Point

or smaller boats can be put in at the access next to our mainland dock. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 2 bedrooms (1 with queen, 1 with 2 twins) and 1 full mattress/futon couch in living room. Interior includes fieldstone fireplace, original knotty pine paneling, antique furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Screened and open porches, gas outdoor grill. Pillows with liners, blankets, mattress covers and comforters provided. Fish for bass, pike and perch from the Island shore or enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and birdwatching. $1475 per week; Rental runs Sat/3pm to Sat/11am
