We are located in Northfolk WV at the Hatfield and McCoy trails- Pinnacle creek, Pocahontas, Indian Ridge, and Warrior as well as the Outlaw trails.

We offer 2 fully furnished homes to rent in the area for Large groups. Off of Cherrokee/Asland rd. We do not provide linen to keep up with sanitation of the home for future guest. Please be sure to bring your own sheets, pillows, towels ect.

We have adjusted what we are selling everything for baised off of what the realtor recommended and what we consider to be a much more fair pricing. The 1st and prior amount was what the realtor recommended. At that time and currently we were in no hurry to sell. This is a profitable venture. So no sweat not selling it even without having half of the properties just sitting not in use. This pricing is VERY reasonable however and we would consider separating the portfolio. But the DEAL is with all of it together.
