We know it’s been a while since live racing ended at Oak Grove, and we’re missing it already, but we wanted to make sure our 2026 Leading Driver received the recognition he deserved.

Congratulations to Atlee Bender on being named Oak Grove’s Leading Driver once again! 👏

Atlee continues to put in the work, picking up countless drives throughout the meet and whatever he’s doing, it’s clearly working!

We’re proud to have Atlee as part of the Oak Grove family and wish him the very best of luck for the remainder of the 2026 racing season!

If you hear click, clack, click, clack coming through the paddock… don’t worry. The social media team is on patrol.

You can usually hear them before you see them, making their way through the paddock in their boots like they own the place. At this point, those boots probably deserve their own employee badges. 😂

The Burke Brigade has officially been named Oak Grove’s 2026 Leading Trainer of the Year!

The team has worked incredibly hard to earn this title, coming up just short in previous years. This year, they finally got it, and it was well deserved!

PJ was thrilled to accept the award on behalf of the entire Burke Stable, whose hard work and dedication helped make this accomplishment possible. We wish you continued success for the rest of 2026.
