Jambalaya on the Blackstone....We prefer spicy Hillshire Farms Andoulie Sausage, with mixed Chopped veggies, and Shrimp, coated with Crazy Cajun. Add long grain wild rice and finish with heavy whipping cream.

Castle of White Burgers (No Flip)
- Roll out 1 to 1.5lbs. of ground beef 1/4in thick
- Use a dinner roll to gauge size and help quarter the
meat
- Punch holes in meat with the back of a wooden
spoon or something similar
- Freeze for 24hrs

Minced onion
1. Rehydrate Minced Onion - 10 min plus, throw on
Blackstone medium heat
2. Break the perforated patties and set on top of
the minced onion
3. Brown dinner rolls
4. Cook frozen patties until brown salt and pepper
5.. Add real cheese

When dinner rolls are brown pull burger patties and onion, serve with dill pickle slice.

(Optional) Crushed Chilli 🌶 Cheese 🧀 fritos
Served on regular or King Hawaiian hotdog buns

grill on medium adding salt and pepper to taste.

Dice and grill onion, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper.

Cheese lovers tortellini noodles cook for 5 mins adding oil

Combine the veggies and chicken

Cook spinach and cherry tomatoes

Combine all ingredients.
Pour 1 bottle of Blackstone Loaded Italian Cook and Sear

Add parm cheese
