What a bummer!

The National Weather Service is reporting a stronger and more updated westward track of the Nor’easter storm system. Tides, floods, and high winds have prevented us from safely continuing the build of Oceans Calling Festival.

Following the advice of the National Weather Service and in cooperation with local public officials, we must make the difficult decision to cancel Oceans Calling 2026.

All ticket types purchased directly through Front Gate Tickets will be fully and automatically refunded in as little as 30 days to the original method of payment.

Thank you to the Oceans Calling fans. We know how far you have travelled, and the time and energy you have put into being here. If you are in town already and staying through the weekend; please enjoy Ocean City and be safe.

Almost 1,000 square feet 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom Seawitch Condominium on the quiet beach block of 131st Street, Ocean City, MD! Located conveniently close to the 128th st North Side Park, The Crab Bag, Alley Oops for the kids, mini golf, movie theatre for those rainy days, the list goes on!

•Large over sized balcony on the 3rd floor with ample seating. Spacious living room with adjoining 6 person dining room table and breakfast bar into kitchen. 2 off street parking spaces included. Bike rack available in the rear of the building.

•Master bedroom includes a comfy king size bed with en-suite full bath with tub/shower.

•2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed.

•Full hall bathroom has tub/shower combo as well.

•Tv’s in the living room and master bedroom with WiFi and Amazon fire sticks. Washer and dryer in unit.

Our dogs do travel with us for any guests with allergies 🐾 However, pets are unfortunately not allowed for renters per the HOA.

This is an absolutely NO SMOKING condo, this includes ci******es, va**ng, and ma*****na.

Renting Saturday to Saturday weeks in months June, July, and August. Mini weeks available outside of the summer months.

Renters must provide their own linens (sheets, pillow cases), towels, toiletries, and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels).

Beach chairs and toys are NOT included.

This family-friendly Ocean City condo building is located by the ocean, just steps from Maryland Beach and Ocean City Beach. Lost Treasure Golf and Northside Park are also within 15 minutes.
