‘Happy Ours’ is our beautiful five-bedroom townhouse with room for 12 located in the development of Sunset Island. Sunset Island is a gated resort community located just off of 67th Street in Ocean City. It is a relaxing oasis, centrally located in one of the most popular beach towns in the US. This is the perfect get-a-way for anyone, and there is just so much to do just within as well as outside
the island neighborhood. There are several fine dining establishments, ale houses and wine bars, clubs and bars within walking distance, and many more along the OC bus route which conveniently stops about a block from the beach house. For family fun there is also mini-golf, Dumser’s Dairyland, Sweet Frog, movies on the beach, jet ski and boat rentals, Pirate excursions, dining with outdoor play area and, of course, the OC Boardwalk just to mention a few. Of course, it is also possible to have a perfect retreat while rarely leaving the island. The island has three private beaches on the Assawoman Bay, an interactive fountain for the kids to play in, and Fountain Treats our island general store for souvenirs, treats and groceries. Happy Ours is also just a few doors away from the bay and clubhouse where you’ll find the fitness center, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Drinks and light meals can be purchased poolside or even enjoyed on the water at The Landing at Sunset Island. There is a one-mile nature path encircling the island, and along the path is the private fishing and crabbing pier for those staying here. Being located near the heart of Ocean City, MD, you will also be just across Coastal Highway from the ocean. It is the ideal location to be close to all that OCMD has to offer, but also private enough if you are looking for rest and relaxation. House Amenities include:
