We’re still holding a handful of sites for month-long (or longer) stays, even during peak season. These start around $3,200 and include electric. That’s significantly more affordable than typical Jersey Shore vacation rentals, hotels, or weekly beach houses, while giving you the space, freedom, and home-like comfort of your own campsite.
Once you’re here, you may not even want to leave. There is so much to do right on our 180 wooded acres, including a pool and splash pad, freshwater lake with sandy beach, mini golf, tram, arcade, playgrounds, sports courts, and sooo much more... Many guests spend their entire stay enjoying everything OVR has to offer.

You’re perfectly located midway between Atlantic City and Wildwood, with easy access to some of the best beaches, boardwalks, and attractions on the Jersey Shore:

- Cape May (historic town & lighthouse) : about 25 minutes
- Atlantic City (casinos, shows & boardwalk) : approximately 30–35 minutes
