Although this is Paul’s Instructional writings to Timothy, his pastor protege, we can imagine Jesus Himself sharing the Same Advice. i Love such basic, clear and Good Instruction; for it takes away any confusion or misled interpretation. Making Life decisions easy and priorities clear. In the end of this Instructionsl writing, Paul emphasizes: if we Focus on such things Salvation will Arise in us and in others.

“Give attention to yourself and your Teachings. Persevere in these things, for in Doing So you will Save yourself and those who Hear you.” 1 Timothy‬ ‭4‬:‭16‬.

So, if our Hope IS Salvation for ourselves, and those around us, they shall Be Fulfilled if we spend our Time Practicing such things. For you who Will Head to such Good Instruction, i Pray for you, GodSpeed and God Bless—and my Hope IS you will Pray the Same for me.

NEVERTHELESS
The word nevertheless here means Continually. Meaning reguardless of our mistakes or follies the Lord IS Always with us and Desires to Lead us to our Best & Most Prosperous Life. God Will Lead us away from danger and into Safety if we will allow Him; And if we will not allow Him, He will be waiting Patiently for us until we make our choice to Come to Him. For it IS our choices that Will Make Clear our Need for the Lord and His Mercies. Thank God for “nevertheless”.

To some this verse might not mean much. BUT to me it means soo much. See, i lost my dad when i was just 9 years old and his loss made me very sad and very angry. Years after my Salvation i was still angry and sad. One Morning the Lord Woke me up, and while i was reading the Bible i came across this verse. It was on that Day that God Reminded me that i was never without a Father, that even know my dad was no longer with me, my Father has Been, IS Now and Always Will Be. It was that Day that my anger and sadness started to fall away. Some Days i am still sad about not having my dad to share my Life with, BUT Now Joy Always Steps in and Reminds me one Day we Will See each other again. For all the years i though i was alone, My Father in Heaven was there for me all along. This makes me Happy and Allows me to have Joy on the Daily. Just as God IS Always been there for me, He IS Also there for you. Sharing this only that it may Help Someone that might be feeling the same. Camp Hesed Ocoee
