Opened in 1868, Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs is one of the oldest natural health resorts in the United States, and the only hot springs in the world with a remarkable combination of four different sulfur-free mineral waters. Deemed sacred by the Native American tribes of Northern New Mexico, Ojo’s legendary waters have been soothing mind, body and spirit naturally for thousands of years. The 1,100-acre resort features enchanting suites and charming cottages, a historic hotel and private homes. In The Artesian Restaurant and W**e Bar, Executive Chef Paul Novak incorporates Ojo’s farm-grown herbs, fruits and vegetables into his global cuisine. An ode to the Ojo farmers and farmers everywhere. 🌾

To the early mornings, the hands in the soil, the patience it takes to grow and the care that goes into every seed planted. Today, we’re celebrating the people who nourish our communities, care for the land and remind us that good things take time.

Happy National Farmers Day to our Ojo Farm team and all the farmers who keep us growing.

A little more life is blooming at Ojo Farm. 🌱
This week, Ojo Farm officially received Pollinator Habitat status after planting 90 native and pollinator-friendly plants through a pollinator kit from the Xerces Society, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting invertebrates and their habitats.
Pollinators like bees, butterflies and other insects play an important role in healthy ecosystems and food production. Creating spaces where they can find food and shelter is one small way to support the biodiversity of the high desert.
And if you happen to see the Ojo Farm stand open during your visit, stop by and take a look. A beautiful reminder that caring for the land can start with something as simple as planting a flower.
