Still early in her journey… but WOW. What a first show!! 🔥

Tay, you came in as the leanest athlete I’ve ever coached, and somehow, the more carbs and fats we added, the harder and leaner you looked. Nothing softens you!! That kind of response is crazy rare, and it’s going to make this next building phase really fun!

Stage results for Fit Model:
✨ 3rd in True Novice
✨ 4th in Novice
✨ 3rd in Class A

We learned a lot this weekend, and it was exactly what we expected… Bikini is where you belong 💁‍♀️

Now it’s time to grow! Quads, glutes, overall fullness, and we’re about to build something special!!

I’m so proud of you. Your work ethic, your trust in the process, and your attitude make you an absolute dream to coach. This is just the beginning, girl! ❤️

🔥 ABSOLUTE. GAME. CHANGER. 🔥

I need everyone to take a second and give a HUGE congratulations to my friend and business partner, Ray Willingham 👏

Ray is competing in the Inspiration/Transformation division… and let me just say - he has already WON in my eyes!

➡️ 123.3 POUNDS DOWN
➡️ 53.5 INCHES LOST

That’s FOUR AND A HALF FEET gone from his body. 🤯

Let that sink in for a minute… this isn’t just weight loss - this is a complete LIFE transformation. The discipline and consistency is so fun to watch. The craziest part though….

WE ARE NOT DONE!

With over four months still to go, I cannot even imagine what his final form is going to look like… but I do know one thing - he is going to DOMINATE that stage!

Update: I will not be competing at the end of this month. Life has been throwing some punches lately, and sometimes you just have to analyze what is more important and take a step back.

With that being said, we are still out here putting the work in, and I appreciate all of you who have asked, understood, and supported my decision! ❤️🙏💪

I do have a client competing in the comp I was going to do though, and she is looking spot on! I can’t wait to see her dominate!
