We are currently searching for a superstar Area Sales Coordinator to join our elite Oklahoma City/Moore/Norman area sales office. This person is someone who is a self-driven, goal-oriented, dynamic, and has an outgoing personality. Someone who is above back office chit chat & focused on being successful, not on employee whispering campaigns. And someone who is truly passionate about hospitality and serving our friends.
The Area Sales Coordinator is responsible for administrative support and client service coordination for the area sales office and for development, solicitation and maintenance of accounts as determined by the Area Director of Sales.
The Ideal Candidate for this Position
This person must be eager/hungry to sell (or learn how to), good at prospecting, be able to successfully handle client & group details, and be able to ensure meetings/events run smoothly. This person must also be self-driven, goal-oriented, and work well within a successful team environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be well-organized, and customer-service focused and able to focus on multiple projects at one time. Previous hotel sales experience is a plus! What You Will Be Doing
This position will coordinate and prepare sales documents and maintain proper records, as well as all office supplies and marketing collateral. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the detailing and facilitating of on-site meeting and group events, with each hotels General Manager. The Area Sales Coordinator also conducts prospecting and direct selling activities in accordance with assigned sales activity.
Who You Will Be Working With
This position will work directly under the Area Director of Sales ensuring relationship growth & customer satisfaction at all times and will work with all hotel departments to push solid communication of all sales events & corporate clients.
