Such a fun afternoon for an open house and Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting for The Well Done Foundation. We are so thankful and excited to have them at The Mac and look forward to their restorative project in plugging abandoned oil wells.

Stop by and pick up your “Plug Baby Plug” sticker and say hi to Curtis & Stacey Shuck and their crew.

Our downstairs dwellers, Impact Rehab & Wellness are finishing up their own historic building rehab and will be relocating in August.

It’s been fun watching them start their own small business and bringing their own brand of “restoration” to the Mac.

So…..what does the next business (or businesses) look like that will call the Mac home?

She has 2 ADA compliant restrooms, beautiful hardwood floors, updated electric, water, plumbing and the most gorgeous original tin ceilings, rimmed with a tin ❤️ border.

5250 sq feet (m/l) in the main level and an additional 1750 sq feet (m/l) down 5 steps to the rear level. (With rear entry door and loading dock in alley).

Did we mention the 1500 sq ft (m/l) mezzanine?

Yes, for the right tenants, we could possibly carve out smaller spaces within this light and airy space.

We’d love your help in finding the next inhabitants for The Mac.

What would you love to see in this space? Art 🖼️ …..Music 🎼…a vendor market…..a pop up 🎄Christmas market….🎣fishing &/or 🦌hunting equipment &/or 🏌️‍♂️🚲⚾️⛺️sporting (maybe gently used) and gear? Modern offices in a vintage space?

This is another treasure in historic Okmulgee. Who is ready to call it home?

This wise ole’ owl 🦉is keeping watch……anxiously waiting to meet the new family who will call his Historic Okmulgee Mansion home 🏡

Coming soon….a spectacular 3 story home built in the 1930’s by oilman, John Allen for his sister. The piano was brought in and placed in the ballroom by crane before the roof was put on the home.

Original woodwork and hardwood floors throughout. Grand formal staircase but also a back staircase that leads to the kitchen. All for those times you don’t choose to use the elevator.

Coming soon Okmulgee……this one is a showstopper.
