Enjoy the 75th Annual Independence Day Parade, the Decorated Bicycle Contest, live music from the Ocean Park Band, an Art Show & Sale, Corn Hole Competition, America's 250th Birthday Celebration, evening line dancing, and even a special visit from George Washington!

Whether you're participating in the parade, cheering from the sidelines, or spending the day with family and friends, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

👇Here we are with the former owners of 15 Tunis Ave! While we didn't have the opportunity to snap a new photo with them this year, we're happy to report they've come and gone for another wonderful stay in 2026.

For nearly seven years since purchasing this property from the Harper family, they have been nothing but supportive through every challenge, project, and improvement we've made along the way. This year was no different. They continue to vacation here each year with their family, keeping their special connection to this place alive.

The Harpers purchased the property in August 2000 and entrusted it to us when they sold it in December 2020. We will always be grateful for the opportunity to carry on the legacy of this incredible gem that we are proud to call Tides on Tunis.

But today, you’d never know it. The waves are quietly crashing, the birds are singing, people are strolling the beach, and cottages are coming back to life for another summer season.

There’s just something special about this time of year in Maine - slower mornings, salty air, sandy feet, and sunshine-filled days ahead. ☀️🌊
