Highlighting some new availability due to changes in reservations plus some availability popular dates/suites:

Memorial Day weekend: 4 suites remaining available- 2 single room units with 2 double beds; 2 bedroom by pool and suite 17 2BR plus loft- stay 2 nights at off-peak rate get 3rd night free.

4 BR/2.5 bath Penthouse: June 25-July 4 (4 night minimum)- $485 night or $3200 for 7 nights

Oceanfront 2BR/2bath Condo: July 12-19 (weekly $3800)

July 26-August 1 Villa Suite (2nd floor single room with 2 double beds) 2 night minimum $189 night or $1014 for 6 nights.

4 suites remaining available that include the night of July 4th (3 night minimum stay for the holiday) 1 single room unit and 3 are 2 bedroom units.

We lower rates starting August 24 and have various availability remaining that week through to September 4

Labor Day weekend 4 suites remaining available all with 1 queen bed or 1 queen and sofa.

September 18 car show weekend: 3 suites remaining available- 1BR, 2BR, and 2BR plus loft (2 night minimum) and also the 4BR penthouse suite (3 night minimum).

2nd update for 2026- 3 suites that did not get new sofas with past years updates now have brand new sleeper sofas. Suite 16 and 17 have the same L shape pop-up sleeper and Suite 15 has a sleeper sectional.

We officially open for the season May 7 and look forward to hosting you!

Every year we choose renovation projects and over the next few weeks we will be posting photos.

The first- renovations to suites 11 and 12 (formerly M1 and M2 first floor Villa suites)we have changed the layout and updated both bathrooms, updated the kitchen area in M2 and all new flooring in both suites.

As spring and warmer weather is upon us if you have not planned your summer vacation, we still have availability.
