We were so excited to share the honey from our first harvest we made honey pumpkin muffins with whipped honey butter. In future harvests (larger yields) we will be serving the honey butter often!

Casey is trying her hand at making pickles. Four quarts of garlic dills. The dill and the cucumbers were from our garden! We'll have to report back in about a month to tell you how they are.

Mmmm homemade sweet potato sage gnocchi and fresh Pacific Oysters. Add a steak and some balsamic sauteed veggies and you have a beautiful Valentine's Day dinner.
