My 46 year old self would like a chat !!!!

I am really enjoying this empty nest season of life. Not sure where it will take us, but we are ready to see where the God leads us in this season.

I am just going to say #3 is really hard for me, but making espresso has really helped

I never thought I would find myself being the person who cared so much about espresso, but I was tired of getting gross espresso with my machine and that is when I learned there was so much more to it.

Fast forward to becoming an empty nester and wanting a new “hobby”, but I love coffee not knitting . What started as a “hobby”has turned into a full blown addiction to learning more about making better espresso .

It may seem like I am not enjoying this process, but at the end of the day I am LOVING it. So join me each week as I share “The Compact Café” weekly recaps of messes, mistakes, and wins .
