Y’all, we have SO much going on with our White Caps 1206 condo in Orange Beach, Alabama, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s coming! ❤️

Here’s what we have going on this month:

🎨 Getting EVERY room painted! Fresh paint throughout the condo to give it a fresh, updated look.

"I just have to share this because it makes my heart so happy! ❤️ We have some wonderful friends staying at White Caps 1206 right now that we actually met through Facebook!

They’re a sweet family from Kansas, and I’ve been chatting with them all morning answering questions and making sure they’re having the best stay. 🌊☀️ This is exactly why we love being hosts!

For everyone asking about booking—we are officially available after November 4th! 🗓️🔑 Jason and I will be heading down there ourselves while the condo gets a fresh coat of paint and our new management company takes over.

As soon as the pictures are finished, I’ll be posting our BRAND NEW booking link! 📸✨ Who’s ready to be our next guest? 🌴🏖️"

🌴 WE ARE COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS! 🌊☀️

We bought our beautiful condo, White Caps 1206 in Orange Beach, Alabama, on May 18th of this year, and let me tell y’all… this girl has learned A LOT! 😂❤️

There are so many things I wish I had known before purchasing a condo as a vacation rental!

🎨 Painting an entire condo sounds easy until you realize you have to shut it down for a week! 😅

🔑 Changing management companies means starting a new chapter, getting everything transferred, and waiting until all the new pictures are taken before we can share our new booking link.

And let me tell you… waiting is HARD for this girl because I want BOOKINGS! 🙋‍♀️😂

The good news is that so many of you have already reached out wanting to book our condo, and I cannot tell you how much that means to our family! 🥹❤️ Thank you for your patience and for being excited right alongside us!

🌀 And after watching hurricane season this year, I have one more thing on my shopping list… HURRICANE SHUTTERS! Those beautiful Gulf-view windows are something I want to protect as much as possible!

We are making updates, learning as we go, and working hard to make White Caps 1206 a beautiful place for families to make beach memories. 🌊🐚

Our new booking link is coming as soon as the painting is finished and our new pictures are taken! We cannot wait to welcome you!

Thank you for following along with our family’s little beach investment adventure. This is just the beginning! ❤️
