If you’re buying DVC resale, one question we hear a lot is: How long does the closing process actually take? 🤔

In most cases, you can expect the full process to take around 60–90 days. Here’s what happens along the way:

✔️ ROFR: After both parties sign, Disney reviews the contract and has up to 30 days to exercise Right of First Refusal.
✔️ Closing: Once approved, the title company prepares the necessary closing documents.
✔️ Membership transfer: After closing, Disney processes the transfer, which typically takes about 6–8 weeks.

Then comes the exciting part: receiving your new DVC Membership number and officially starting your ownership journey! ✨🏰
