Twin Valleys Public Power District, Broken Bar C Electric and Ray & Dustin Stewarts tree service for getting us back up and running for our weekend guests!
Thank you Harlan County Meat Processors Matt Massey, for the call to the sheriff to get the power shut down asap and assessing the damage for us. Brandon got what he could removed yesterday then Stewart's came in hot and finished it up today! Talk about service! You wouldn't even know there was a 100 year old tree there! I wish my cameras could have recorded that but the after picture will have to do.

Appreciate you all for your outstanding communication with us and each other. I know we were not the only ones on your list and others had it worse. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Hope you can all sleep soon!

To save myself the agony of watering plants all summer and killing them by July, I planted fake… or I like to call the “Phlowers”. Problem is they don’t always tolerate the wind and will get plucked out! So if you find them rolling around town, please “replant” on the porch:)
