It was such a pleasure to be a part of this beautiful wedding at the Kendall County Fairgrounds. 🤍✨

We loved having the opportunity to supplement the venue’s existing inventory with the pieces needed to bring the couple’s vision together. For this celebration, Romero Gallo Rentals provided 80 brown crossback chairs, 10 round tables, and 1 farm table, seamlessly complementing the existing setup and the couples lovely décor.

We’re always happy to work alongside couples, venues, planners, and fellow vendors — whether you need a full rental setup or simply a few key pieces to complete your space.

Every space is different — and that’s where the design begins. ✨

For this backyard celebration, we worked with the existing landscape and features of the property to create an event layout that felt intentional and functional.

The tent was thoughtfully positioned on the most suitable area of the yard, incorporating the existing pergola and patio. Rather than trying to make the two spaces identical, we gave each its own design: soft, flowing ceiling draping and blue accents inside the tent, paired with tailored blue-and-white striped draping throughout the pergola.

The result was two distinct spaces that worked beautifully together and allowed guests to move naturally throughout the celebration.

We love finding ways to incorporate what’s already there — patios, pergolas, landscaping and other existing features — and designing around the space rather than fighting against it. 🤍

Not every event needs rows of tables and chairs.

For this 50th birthday celebration, our client already had plenty of lounge furniture but needed additional seating without making the space feel crowded.

We worked with the layout they already had, incorporating high-top cocktail tables and bar stools throughout both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The result? Comfortable gathering areas where guests could mingle, relax, and enjoy the celebration—without sacrificing the open feel of the home.

Every event is different, and we love helping our clients make the most of their space—not just by providing rentals, but by creating layouts that work for their guests.

For the past few years, we’ve had the privilege of helping with this amazing festival for the Aurora Puerto Rican Cultural Council (APRCC) APRCC Community and we’re incredibly grateful to be back again this year. ❤️

7 tents including backstage tents, children’s area, registration, and more to tables and chairs, it’s always an honor to play a small part in bringing this event to life for our community.

Not every reception has to follow tradition. 🤍

Our couple envisioned a serpentine reception layout, and we were honored to help bring that vision to life. The flowing table design transformed the space into something elegant, inviting, and anything but ordinary.

Finished with warm crossback chairs, crisp white linens, and a cascading baby’s breath runner, every detail came together beautifully.
