One of the popular options to stay with us at Mardon is our monthly/yearly RV sites for long-term stay, and we currently have some rare openings! If you or somebody you know would be interested, please give us a call at the office: (509) 346-2651.

-Rent the site and park your own RV.
-Rates vary depending on how many months you stay.
-Monthly rate includes resort access, garbage, resort wifi (open network), and dock fishing. Additional fee for electricity.
-Must call the office to go over rates and be evaluated, and must be approved by the owners before being allowed a long-term site.
-Note: rental spots may show as unavailable on our website.

Mt St Helen's dropping 4" of fine, powdery volcanic ash on us 46 years ago. It was a warm and sunny Sunday morning. By 11 a.m. these once in a lifetime (we hope) clouds rolled in. By Noon, pitch black. 100's of people were stranded. The highways were impassable. We put everyone up, some having to take shelter in our boat building. We fed them, too, until the food ran out. It rained hard for many hours. By Tuesday people were making their way home with adapted carburetors. The entire resort was under ash and had to be plowed under. Our summer was toast even though we got the clean-up done quickly. The media was telling people to stay out of Eastern WA...the ash might be dangerous to breath. But we survived to tell the story and to remember this historical event.
