Many have reached out to check on us & our sweet little town after this horrific disaster. We are hurt & broken, but we are united & helping each other. I've learned what an amazing community we are a part of & am forever grateful. Sending all up in prayer. Godspeed. 💙

We are heartbroken to announce, due to several unfortunate circumstances, we have closed The South Lamar.

We are enormously grateful for each of our Guests, we loved meeting and hosting you over the years. Thank you for trusting us with your wedding days, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation celebrations, Gameday and Parent weekends ~ we were honored to host every one of you. Each of our beloved Guests are family to us.

We are grieving, we are heartbroken, we are on our knees praying for peace for all affected by this horrific tragedy. The death toll is currently at 109 souls with at least 161 still missing. At least 27 children & counselors were lost from Camp Mystic alone, 6 still lost & unaccounted for. My children & myself are born & bred Texans ~ we are proud, we are loving, we are empathetic & we hold each & every victim in our hearts & prayers. Texas is a huge state, yet there are connections everywhere to this tragedy, we know many who are directly affected. We ask for your love & prayers for all. Godspeed my blessed State. We love you all. 💙
