It's hard to believe it's been 1 year since Mark's passing, October 19, 2025. Thank you to Jesse Brooks, your family, and staff for keeping the legacy alive at Parker Lake Lodge!

This is the hardest post I've ever had to write for this page. Early last evening, Sunday, October 19, 2025, Mark asked Jerry to call the Marquette county EMTs to Mark's home. After working on him for what seemed like forever, Mark Machkovech passed away. The family is working on arrangements, the information will be posted on this page when it is available.

We all meant so much to Mark, we came in as customers and left as friends, relationships that have lasted for decades, and generations of your and my families. There's so many great memories of Mark and Parker Lake Lodge that we all need to share. Please post your memories to this page, or message them to this page.

A special thank-you to Jerry, Crystal, and Nancy Nordbeck for all you did last night.
