. East Main Park is right out the front door, which feels like your own personal park for playing catch, kite flying, picnics or gatherings. Restaurants, shops and the indoor pool are literally steps outside your front door! Being located in the heart of Seabrook, everything is centrally located to Tide Together, and the beach is a short walk away. Tide Together is a modern home with plenty of upgrades, designed to feel special and one-of-a-kind. This first ever unique floor plan offers hand-finished fir hardwood floors throughout (great for pets and allergies) and features an open-concept main floor perfect for gathering and entertaining. Elevated off the street, the downstairs boast an open entry, living room, dining room with French doors, large breakfast bar peninsula, gourmet kitchen, powder room, and a cozy enclosed sun room (with twin-to-king conversion day bed for more guests.) Within the dining area, you can comfortably seat 10 at the table plus additional seating at the kitchen peninsula with stools. Cooking is fun in our fully-stocked kitchen with granite counters, and stainless steel appliances (including a gas range), making everyone feel like a gourmet chef! From breakfast, to group dinners, or late-night snacks, the kitchen is the heart of the home and makes staying part of the action easy to do in the open-concept layout. Relax on our spacious leather sectional by the gas fireplace. Dogs love snuggling up in our fluffy pet beds alongside the fire too! Watch a movie from our extensive DVD library, or choose your pick from streaming on our Smart TV. We also have a closet full of board games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained! Upstairs:
—Master Suite with a KING Memory Foam mattress, night stands, dresser, and a deep closet. The Master offers ocean views (amazing sunsets), overlooking beautiful East Main Park and downtown Seabrook. The Master Suite has an attached full bath with pedestal sink and classic white hexagon tiles.
—2nd bedroom with a Queen Memory Foam mattress bed, night stands, and a large double-sided closet overlooking the woodland reserve behind the home.
—3rd bedroom upstairs sleeps 4 with two sets of custom built-in bunk-beds each with their own Twin Memory Foam mattress and personal nautical light.
—Full bath is conveniently located by 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, again with a pedestal sink and classic white hexagon tiles.
—Large capacity front-loading washer and dryer are conveniently located in the upstairs hallway.
—All our rooms come fully stocked with high-end linens, quilts, comforters and pillows that are also hypoallergenic. The front of the house faces west towards the ocean and features a covered front porch bordering East Main Park. We have a large built-in bench on the porch, providing a great place to relax with a cup of coffee while watching the kids play in the grass. Or grab a glass of wine, listen to the ocean and watch the sunset! This is also our favorite spot for taking family photos! The back offers a fully fenced yard, which kids and pets love! There is a private large 6-person hot tub and handy outdoor nautical towel hooks. The backyard also offer a hot/cold hose, making it super easy to wash up outside after trips to the beach. A propane grill is right outside the back stairs, making BBQ a great choice for meals! Built-in benches wrap around the backyard providing plenty of seating to enjoy outdoor dining.
