Mountain views, quaint rooms, onsite bar, local brews on tap, best coffee in town, 7 acre property with a hiking trail, views of town and the mountains, great yard for chillin, volleyball, disc golf and wildlife watching--all in one place. Our property is located in the heart of Pagosa Springs, a short distance from downtown where you'll find dining, shopping, the river walk path and the geothermal hot springs. We are just minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Pass, which receives the most snow in Colorado for skiing and snowboarding. And we are 1 beautiful hour drive from Durango La Plata airport.

Pagosa Springs is the hidden gem of tourist towns, with something to offer any traveler. Hot springs for soaking, tubing and sledding, cross-country ski trails, snow-shoeing, miles and miles of hiking and biking trails, lakes with spectacular mountain views, fishing, hunting, brew pubs, and beautiful mountain sunsets to kick up your feet and relax to.

We hope you will visit soon, friends.

SKI packages are now available (well they have been all year). But we need to do our marketing so we don’t get “influenced” into the good ole AI interspace.

We have
4 weekly rentals available ($700)
And 2 monthly available ($2000)

Comes with a free sticker and all the $.99 Hamms you can handle. Plus a bunch of other cool stuff like 15% off all food and bev in the Camino Ski Grill right on site. Arguably the best showers on Putt Hill. Free body wash from Barn & Bottle Refillery + Co-op The good stuff.

The list goes on. Not much more on, but we can add stuff up when you get here. Like cookies! In the am we have cookies and or snacks with coffee.

You get it.

Book local. Book through us. It really does help.

Love ya
