The Nightingale Motel, a historic Pagosa Springs landmark since 1898, has been reborn as a stylish boutique destination.

In 2019 the Nightingale Motel opened following a 1 year restoration and remodel inspired by 1950s roadside motels, but with contemporary styling, luxury linens, and seamless online check-ins, all catering to the values of the modern traveler. The original site of the town's first medical clinic now houses the inviting Neon Mallard Cocktail Lounge, blending local lore with a relaxed ambiance. With 17 updated guest rooms, the motel offers modern comfort steps away from riverside walks, local eateries, and the famous hot springs. The Nightingale offers a refined and charming base, perfect for discovering Pagosa's local gems and natural wonders.

We just love the nostalgic pinewood walls in some of the rooms A Pagosa Motel Reimagined.

When we renovated, we salvaged it in a couple rooms for those who love that cozy cabin feel.
