So I spent a few hours today reading through this Airbnb Hell website and I couldn’t help but notice this: None of the problems were with bookings where a host lived on the property.

Keep this in mind while you’re deciding whether to book WITH hosts or WITHOUT hosts. 😉

Guests pay occupancy taxes. You conveniently left that part out. Also, no such mess and destruction occurs when the property has a host present. You've also conveniently left out the part where the hosts benefit tremendously and the guests spend a whole heck of a lot of money in the local restaurants, stores and Uber. The "corporate vultures" are the hoteliers who resent the competition. But rest easy Mark R. Keller, the hotels and condominium associations are now advertising on Airbnb as well.
