There's a lot that goes into taking care of our garden oasis, and Diego from our maintenance team knows that firsthand! 🌿
His mornings often start with checking the pool's water and filtration systems before making his rounds throughout the property, looking out for anything that needs attention and tackling repairs along the way.
But for Diego, the best part of working here isn't the work itself. It's being surrounded by beautiful gardens, having great coworkers, and seeing familiar guests return. He loves that our hotel has such a close-knit, family atmosphere, where you get to know the people around you.
A Palo Alto local and dad of two, Diego spends his days off exploring with his family, often heading to San Francisco or Santa Cruz. And if you ask what he wanted to be growing up? A professional soccer player! ⚽
We're so glad to have him as part of our team and appreciate all the work he does behind the scenes to make our hotel feel like home!
