Stunning views of the bright blue water against the pure sugary white sand. Imagine yourself relaxing on the beach!

Our guests rave about the beachfront water views, 8-mile long coastline view, and the views of the golf course from this condo. The most gorgeous beach views and a private balcony!

I love getting these great reviews! This guest was fantastic, like most of our guest.

They even asked if they could anything else to help before the left the condo!

Captain Anderson’s is a great restaurant in PCB! If you are in town go by before they close for the season!

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you 💙

To everyone who checked in on us and on Casa Azul before, during, and after Hurricane Isaias: your messages and prayers meant the world. Owning beachfront property in PCB is a dream come true, but it's not for the faint of heart.

A special thank you to all the volunteers, fellow owners, COA staff, and the BOD for your efforts and speedy responses — it's been amazing to see this community helping each other.

We're grateful to share that Casa Azul weathered the storm, and we are officially OPEN FOR BUSINESS! 🌊☀️

"Derenda was a wonderful host, and her listing was everything promised and more. You truly couldn't be closer to the beach, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! I loved how thoughtfully her space was laid out—it had such a warm, easy flow that made us feel right at home the moment we walked through the door. It was the perfect cozy coastal getaway."

Thanks for the awesome review! We love our guests!

This was the perfect condo for just the two of us traveling with no kids. It was spotless and very nicely decorated. It felt very new and updated but also cozy and comfortable. The owners have supplied everything you might need for a week stay. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking simple meals. We loved the balcony with a great view and two comfy chairs for coffee in the morning and w**e in the evening. This was a very quiet unit on the end of the building facing away from the closest high-rise. The 11th floor kept us away from street noise at night. The location of the Sunbird is perfect on the east end of PCB. Walmart is very close and there are plenty of smaller shops and restaurants in the area. We appreciated, avoiding the congested traffic of the Pier Park area. The Sunbird is an older condo complex, but has been very well maintained. We did not use the pools any on this trip since the ocean was clean and clear for swimming, but the pool looked very inviting and clean. This unit included two chairs and an umbrella furnished on the beach. That is a great benefit that made our long days at the beach very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to Pineapple Wi***es, right next-door for live music and appetizers in the evening. We would definitely stay in this exact unit again if we decide to return to PCB in the future.
