The calendar may be teasing us with fall, but Paso still has plenty of warm, golden afternoons ahead and we know exactly what we want in our glass.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is September’s Wine of the Month, and it’s crisp, bright, refreshing, and very happy to remind you that chilled wine season is far from over.

Labor Day reminder: the people who do the work need care, too. 🤍

Labor Day was never really about the sales or one last summer weekend. It’s about recognizing the people whose hard work keeps our communities, businesses, families, and country moving forward.

And that includes you. 🫵🏼

The people who build, teach, serve, raise, create, care, lead, grow, make, fix, organize, and show up day after day also need time to recover, reset, and be cared for.

Rest isn’t separate from the work. It’s part of what allows us to keep doing it well.

These moments matter to us because the people who pour so much of themselves into this place should know how much their contributions are valued.
