Summer dining is back at Mt. Chase Lodge!
We’re looking forward to a wonderful summer season and are excited to welcome guests for public dining by reservation starting June 11. Join us Thursday through Saturday evenings for a relaxing three-course meal overlooking the water.
This weekend’s menu features fresh salads, homemade bread, seasonal entrées, and house-made desserts, including roast pork tenderloin with rhubarb compote, pan-seared salmon with lemon dill sauce, cider-braised brisket, carrot cake, panna cotta, and triple chocolate cake.
