The below photo of my granddaughter has been entered into the America's Favorite Photo contest. She is 5th Generation and the only great granddaughter of the original owner Edward L Haines. After a Long Hot Summer the fish are finally biting again. The 1st Redfish was 28" and well above the slot. Biggest Red Ive ever caught off the dock... I let him go. We caught a couple more and had a creek to table dinner. Doesn't get any better than that!

Wow, almost July! Sorry we didnt make a post this year. Been very busy being retired and grandparents. Our youngest dd is now expecting so #2 is on the way. Doesnt help that FaceBook keeps changing this page making it more business oriented and more difficult to just communicate. Anyway, we kept rates the same for 2026, bought a new fridge and replaced some rocking chairs, rugs and bedding and cookware. Hopefully everything else is good and all vacationers have what they need to sit back and RELAX! Enjoy your time at Haines House! Ed and Judy!
