We offer affordable, clean and convenient furnished weekly room rentals in Penndel, PA in Bucks County.
**Currently we have Hotel Rooms available starting at $175 per week.** Additional $175 deposit required.
The properties have great access to city transit if you need it and we are right next to Langhorne Station http://www.septa.org/stations/rail/langhorne.html.
If you have your own vehicle there is street parking available and you have quick access to major connector roads like Business Route 1 and I95 to quickly get you to Philadelphia and the surrounding towns.
The property includes numerous shared bathrooms and free laundry facilities. Everything is provided and all you need to supply is clothes, food and toiletries. We even provide cable TV and air conditioning for you and there's wifi as well!
Your secure room has its own keyed door and is complete with a bed, dresser, night stand, mini refrigerator, microwave, and flat screen TV.
To ensure we have a safe, quiet hotel for our guests there are some rules that all guests must follow.
No Drugs! This is a not a party hotel, drugs will not be tolerated.
Quiet Hours From 11pm to 6am! We provide rooms for working men and women, many who start early and work late. By encouraging quiet overnight hours we can help create a great environment where everyone can get their needed sleep.
One of the features of a hotel is we also don't require extended notice of when you are leaving so you have flexibility to move as your situation changes.
No getting locked into a long term lease at a hotel, it's a week at a time for as long as you like. The downside of this is that it also makes it hard for us to accurately book rooms in advance. Due to this we can only confirm room availability within a few days of when it's required.
Our rates start at $175 per week and require a matching deposit when you move in. So for $350 cash depending on availability, you can get yourself into an affordable hotel solution.
Our minimum rental is one week (we don't do daily rates), but with our cost-effective rates even if you only need the room for three or four days it is considerably cheaper than most hotels.

Due to the nature of the weekly rentals I cannot guarantee any availability past a few days. Many of our tenants intend to only stay a week or two, but after getting comfortable they often stay for months - or years! It is a great way to save up for permanent accommodations.
