Rapid strengthening is forecast over the next day or two, and Isaias is expected to become a 𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗘 𝗯𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆.

The storm is expected to turn toward the northeast and north Thursday and Friday, approaching the 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗹𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆.

3–6 inches, with localized totals up to 10 inches, from far southeastern Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle.

𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁:
1–3 inches, with localized totals up to 5 inches, potentially reaching the Tennessee Valley and Carolinas.

𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲.
