Had last minute cancellation for the week of Saturday June 13 through 20
If anyone has interest in staying a complete or partial week please reach out to me.

It's been a minute since I have updated everyone on recent events at the REZ

The upper lot, the future site of REZ TOO has had massive improvement's made by Bear Creek Excavating over the last few weeks.
Including installation of the new septic system.
More tree clearing and pinning of planning of the future home location.
Construction driveway
Coolest of All the limestone retainment wall!
Really pleased with the results
The plan and goal is to break ground next spring on REZ TOO.

The Sauna Shaak mobile sauna is progressing nicely!
The goal is to have it functional for the Big fourth of July celebration week.

Had some of the first guests of the season last weekend at the REZ
They enjoyed the amenities!
The new turf is really starting to grow 🪴
Finished off the back patio acacia decking around the hot tub.
The Sunset Sauna Shaak (mobile sauna)got most of my attention.
Stove surround metal sheathing fabricated and installed.
Kuuma legacy specialty sauna stove bolted in.
Rock wool insulation and aluminum foil barrier
Complete on the walls.
Shooting for June completion of the Sauna Shaak.

Busy week at the REZ !!
Luke Crum built the island patio and fire ring!
Also finished the crushed asphalt driveway.
And widened the driveway access to the north lot.
I have worked on the flagstone walkway to the sauna
The REZ is shaping up nicely for the summer season!
I have a couple weeks open yet for peak time
Also will be offering weekend specials for the fall color tour season.

STOVE has arrived
Making great progress on the sunset sauna shaak.
Had some hired help take care of the framing inside of the 14 by 8. Hot 🔥 room
It's been metal fab week for Jimmy
Stove surround designed
Metal cut to fit from Central Iron in GR
1/8" plate steel
Stove installation this week
All new leveling jacks/stabilizers
New up sized Hitch
Tons to complete

Time for REZ update
Back from Florida two weeks
Been busy on projects
And my excavator showed up this week to take care of
Finishing touches on the pole barn build.
Stone and perimeter edging
fire pit paver patio going in on the island out front.
Also paver patio off the deck of the REZ sauna to accommodate cold plunge eventually.
Doing wood acacia squares around the whirlpool bath on the back patio
Slate sidewalk between sauna and hot tub
Driveway graded and finished off with crushed asphalt.
Soon no more digging!!
