It seems like a wonderful opportunity has presented itself. I have an offer pending for a piece of land in Perry, Iowa (8,000 plus) located in the City adjacent to the Raccoon Valley Bike Trail and the City Walking Trail. The land consists of two parcels that total 17 acres. Currently zoned Residential/Duplex which would allow for the building of SHomes (Shop/Home combination) on the property similar to what I did last year on 18th St. in Perry. However, my vision shows me the need and benefit of a property that consists of a Campground, Clubhouse, BBQ Museum, State Approved Catering Kitchen and a Dining Hall/Rec Center. Basically the dream is to produce a bbq themed resort that will support those that use the Bike Trail and provide a destination attraction in the City of Perry.
