Here she is! “Imagine that” RV rental is open for booking!
Bring the boat, bring your clothes and food and you are ready for all that the Big Bend water management area has to offer!
2 miles to a small boat ramp and 15 minutes to Keaton beach boat ramp!
Come back to camp and enjoy your privacy and a camp fire. Wood provided.
You can even wash your clothes for free before you go home.
Lots of amenities! Sorry we don’t have a pool or pickle ball but we do have lots of solitude. 😉

Introducing Sea Breeze Bamboo, a hardy and versatile plant that thrives in challenging conditions like heat, drought, wind, and saltwater air. It can reach an incredible height of 30ft and a striking width of 15ft!

After Hurricane Idalia struck, we were unable to access our land until after Thanksgiving. When we finally arrived, the damage was heartbreaking. Our 10 acres of woods were destroyed, with every pine tree over 20ft tall broken like a twig. Our side road was impassable due to fallen trees, but we managed to cut through it. Everywhere we looked, there was devastation. However, we have since made significant progress and are fully operational again!

We have been working hard here at camp since we got back in November.

Due to hurricane Idalia Camp will be closed until further notice. A lot of clean up needs to take place. 😞

Please pray for the people of Perry FL and Camp Solitude.
We currently have no guests but allowing our neighbors to store anything that needs higher ground. Our camp is 30ft above sea level.
We are 2 miles from the gulf.
Our threat is trees not water.
We are up north so we will not be affected.
The threat for us is our out building (laundry room and water shed.)

Current Tuesday AM look at possible wind gusts and Tornado areas to watch. These based on current NHC track and intensity of Hurricane Idalia. www.spaghettimodels.com

It’s been raining so much near camp and we worry about our neighbors and visitors near Perry or Keaton Beach, especially now during scallop season.
If you live in your RV and need a dry place to go, our land is 30+feet above sea level! We are high and dry.
We are very affordable but will offer a discount to anyone displaced by flooding. Lots of space to park your boat as well.
We have Wi-Fi and free laundry.
Electric included, private gated. 2 spots 50 amp full hook up.
