Due to tomorrow’s forecast, 20 West Rooftop will be closed on Friday, June 19. While rooftop plans may be on pause, the evening is still yours to enjoy downstairs.

The Boiler Room will be open from 6–11pm, offering a cozy, tucked-away setting for cocktails, conversation, and time well spent at Hotel Petersburg.

Time well spent starts with a dinner worth slowing down for.

This Thursday through Saturday, Shirley’s is serving a weekend dinner special featuring U10 scallop with sweet potato fondant, sun-dried tomato and toasted almond agrodolce, and butternut squash. For dinner only, while it lasts.

Pair it with a Strawberry Clover, made from Beefeater gin, lemon, strawberry purée, aqua fava and dry vermouth.

Shirley’s had the pleasure of hosting the Whitaker Bridal Shower yesterday, a beautiful afternoon tea service. Surrounded by the historic charm of Hotel Petersburg, guests enjoyed a memorable experience that perfectly captured the joy of celebrating life’s special milestones.
