RiverBank Lodge www.riverbanklodge.com In the heart of historic Menard County, IL, RiverBank Lodge offers a unique and memorable lodging experience.

Located in Petersburg, Illinois, on the banks of the Sangamon River. We are very close to Abraham Lincoln’s New Salem State Historic Site, as well as the Jim Edgar Panther Creek State Fish & Wildlife Preserve. Our 24 rooms are filled with the amenities of a modern upscale hotel. Many of our suites include special surprises like flat screen TVs w/cable, Jacuzzis, fireplaces, and multi-head walk-in showers. We also have onsite conference facilities, free wireless internet, and an excellent lounge to relax with a drink and a tasty fresh-baked pizza!

Happy Birthday to the old man Richard Moss - who would’ve been 84 today. We think about you all the time. The team here has been so busy .. just over the past couple weeks we’ve knocked out some cleaning sessions, replaced a couple windows, washed the rest of them, put in a new dryer, put new carpet in rm 005, and some fresh schlac on the bar. We are doing our best.
