"This is our go-to hotel when traveling to Pigeon Forge with our 3 grandchildren, ages 15, 14, 9. The facility is well maintained, totally family friendly and accommodates all age groups. Our check in was easy, Sandra was extremely welcoming, very friendly. The gentleman who brought up our roll away was friendly and even offered to set it up if needed. I failed to get his name but each and every time we're there, he is always friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was plentiful, many options available and obtaining a table was never an issue for us. Don't change a thing, this family friendly hotel exceeds expectations. 😁👍"
