It was an AMAZING Labor Day Weekend at the Park! Saturday we had the honor of having Bill Rios, owner/operator of Rub and Grub Mexicue food truck, conduct a class on how to trim, prep, and smoke a brisket. It was a great class and our guests LOVED it! That evening was our BBQ potluck and live music featuring Tim Sands and his bluegrass group County Broadcast Service! The Local Lemon drink trailer and Kona ice provided great drinks and desserts! Despite the heat, more camping memories were made here at Black Dog Acres RV Park!❤️🙂

Here is the information for the brisket class. It will be held at Black Dog Acres RV Park Saturday September 5. I only have 20 spots available and it will be free. Everyone will get to eat some brisket and learn some tips and tricks from our pit master. Please message us on here. Once the spots are full I will post it.

We don't usually like to brag...but this time we do!😉 This weekend, we had the honor of having a WWF/WWE wrestler stay at the park with us!😁 For those of you who watched wrestling back in the 90's, Henry Godwinn from The Godwinn Brothers stayed with us here at the park!!! Mark (his real name) and his wife were wonderful guests and we are thankful they chose to spend time at our little park. They were such humble people and mingled with our guests Saturday night for the food truck and live music. He was so down to earth and allowed us to be the "crazy people" who wanted a picture with him!
