Campfires will be allowed in DESIGNATED fire pits ONLY. Please burn your fire pit responsibly, our hosts will be keeping an eye on each space burning. We have fire extinguishers, shovels and water. Our hosts will shut down any campsite that is not burning responsibly. Please read below.....

From Umatilla Tribal Fire Chief, James Hall....
"With the recent rains and cool temperatures, the restrictions on open-flame campfires in approved fire pits at the Indian Lake campground will be lifted. The campground is administered by the CTUIR/DECD, and fire restrictions are regulated by the Department of Public Safety – UTFD Fire Chief / Authority Having Jurisdiction. Only open fires in approved fire pits are permitted within the campgrounds. All other forms of open burning are currently prohibite.
All other public use restrictions are in place; this notice only applies to the Indian Lake campgrounds"

Happy almost Labor Day weekend campers....

We have had a few cancellations, so as always head up, Doug will find you a spot! There's also over flow as always. Don't forget extra blankets and jackets, it looks like you may need them.

Our big news is Doug is back safely from the fire he's been on for over a month! We missed him! Stop in, say hi....see y'all soon :)
