It is a gracious, rambling, one-story estate, surrounded by a 2 acre wooded glen, and yet is only a 5 minute walk from Main St. shops and restaurants. Comfortably furnished and decorated with Scottish antiques, GlenMorey House provides a quiet, relaxing retreat for our guests.

I bought this beautiful bee hive I’ve wanted for 10 years. It’s going to be placed far away from the house, behind a fence, at the bottom of my vegetable garden. It’s special. You don’t have to open it and disturb the bees to harvest the honey, you turn a crank and it flows through the tube and into a jar. You can watch the bees work through the observation windows.

Tell me, before I install it…

You find such interesting things when you live on a 167 year old property. Here is a 2 foot diameter tree, which started on one side of a fence, absorbed the fence, and continued to grow up the outside! On the right, a root grew through a broken bottle top and now wears it like a ring.
