After many unforgettable years, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to permanently close our doors at Café Istanbul.
This restaurant has been more than a business to us — it has been a gathering place filled with laughter, celebrations, friendships, and memories that we will cherish forever. None of it would have been possible without your loyalty and support throughout the years.
One of the biggest reasons behind this decision is a very meaningful one: our father is retiring. After dedicating so much of his life to serving this community with passion and pride, it is time for him to enjoy a well-deserved new chapter.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives and your tables. It has truly been an honor to serve you.
Though our doors may close, the memories we created together will always remain.
