Thinking about seasonal camping for 2027?

We still have a limited number of seasonal sites available at Shady Oaks for next season, and we’d love to have you come take a look.

Our 2027 seasonal rate for new campers is $2,650, and if you reserve your site by October 15, you’ll save $150 - making your rate $2,500 for the season.

We’ve put a lot of work into the campground over the past two seasons, and it’s been great to see our seasonal camping community continue to grow. If you’re looking for a place to spend your summers, meet some great people, and have your camper ready whenever you’re ready to get away, Shady Oaks might be a good fit.

Come walk the campground, take a look at the sites we have available, and see for yourself. We’d be happy to show you around and answer any questions.

Labor Day Weekend gave us plenty to be thankful for at Shady Oaks.

We had some pretty nice weather, a campground full of activity, live music with Off the Rocker, great food from Caracciola’s Authentic Italian, and an outdoor movie at the Holiday Rambler Theater to wrap up Saturday night.

But as always, the best part was seeing so many people enjoying the campground - spending time with family and friends, visiting with neighbors, and making the most of the long weekend.

Thank you to everyone who camped with us, joined us for the concert and movie, stopped by for some great food, or was part of the weekend in any way. We’re grateful you chose to spend part of your Labor Day Weekend with us.

Labor Day may mark the unofficial end of summer, but there’s still plenty of camping season left at Shady Oaks. We’re looking forward to cooler evenings, campfires, fall colors, and everything the next several weeks will bring.

Thanks for being part of another great summer at Shady Oaks - and we’re not done yet.

It’s hard to believe how much has happened at Shady Oaks since we opened for Season Two in May.

We’ve welcomed a lot of new and returning campers, watched Oak Meadow fill up after months of work getting those sites ready, hosted live music, movie nights, our Vintage Camper Rally and Car Show, food trucks, and plenty of busy summer weekends in between.

More than anything, we’re grateful to everyone who has camped with us, stopped by for an event, brought friends and family to visit, or simply supported us along the way. It’s been a busy summer, and we’re really thankful for the community that continues to grow around Shady Oaks.

And we’re not done yet. There’s still plenty of camping season ahead, with more events, beautiful fall weekends, and a lot more to look forward to before Season Two comes to an end.

Live music is back at Shady Oaks this Saturday!

Join us on Saturday, August 22 for Plain Jane, playing live from 7-10PM. Bring a lawn chair, gather with friends and neighbors, and come enjoy another summer evening of live music at the campground.

All are welcome! The concert is free for campers and $5 for guests. BYOB.

Live music returns to Shady Oaks on Friday, August 7!

We’re excited to welcome Bruce, Bill & Jeff back for their second performance at the campground this season. Join us beginning at 7:00 PM for an evening of great music and good company.

Caracciola’s Italian Food Truck is also scheduled to be here starting around 5pm, so come hungry and enjoy some delicious Italian favorites before the music begins.

Camp with us for the weekend or stop by for the evening. Admission is free for campers and just $5 for guests. Bring a lawn chair, your favorite beverage (BYOB), and enjoy a great summer night at Shady Oaks.
