We also welcome parents and family members visiting their children at the many nearby summer camps--there are over 30 camps within 30 miles of us--many are within 10 miles or less! Skiers: Elk Mountain Ski Resort is only minutes away! Snowmobile Riders: NEP Sno Trails offers over 200 miles of snowmobile trails--and you can access the trail system in just minutes right from our back yard! We have plenty of room to park your snowmobiles and trailer--just hop on your sled and hit the trails (trail permit is required)! The Cribbs Bed & Breakfast is also within a short drive (most within 30 miles) of state parks (such as Prompton State Park), state game lands, the Delaware River at Hancock, NY, Honesdale, PA and other destinations which offer a variety of activities such as cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing, fishing, ice fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking, boating, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, hot-air balloon rides, antiquing, golfing, fine dining, and much more! If you want to take a scenic ride, get in your car or on your motorcycle and venture out a little further--we are only about an hour's drive from places like Scranton, PA, Binghamton, NY, and Monticello, NY. We have two comfortable and cozy guest rooms--which can be rented separately or together as a family "suite". A full breakfast is included with your stay and is served every morning in the dining room or, if you prefer (and weather permitting!), outside on the gazebo. We welcome you to use the family room and living room to gather and chat, watch television or a movie, play a game, do a puzzle, read, or just relax by the fireplace. In the spring, summer, and fall, enjoy our large front porch with gazebo--it's the perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy the peace, quiet and amazing view--you might even catch a glimpse of some of the local wildlife!
