The Dunes Condominiums is built among the sand dunes near the Gulf of Mexico. Consisting of 86 privately owned condominiums with an in house rental program, you will be able to stay in a private home with staff available to assist you throughout your stay. Although many hotels in and around Corpus Christi, TX and Port Aransas claim to be close to the beach, none of them come as close as our beachfront condos. Once you walk outside of your condominium, it will be only a few short steps down our private boardwalk before you are greeted by the warm, lapping waves of the gulf coast. Being so close to the ship channel also allows you to have a personal view of the amazing ships floating by on a daily basis. Located in Old Town Port Aransas, staying at The Dunes gives you the opportunity to be close to bars, restaurants, fishing guides, shopping, retail stores, and the grocery store.
