Fall has arrived in Port Aransas. Air temp is 61 this morning and a strong northerly wind. During these “Blue Norther” events is when you can appreciate our building design which protects the heated pool and surrounding areas from this north wind.

The Dunes Difference

The Dunes offers what no other condominium on the island can—a true beachfront location with the best of Port Aransas just a short walk away.

Step onto the beach in moments, stroll to local restaurants and shops in less than a mile, cast a line from the Horace Caldwell Pier, or catch some of the island's best surfing. Take a walk to the shipping channel to watch dolphins playing in the wake of passing ships or keep an eye out for sea turtles.
At The Dunes, you can park your car, leave it behind, and enjoy everything that makes Port Aransas unforgettable.
What are your plans this weekend? If you're dreaming of the beach, we'd love to welcome you.
